Patients with diabetes across Lancashire and South Cumbria to benefit from new devices to help manage their condition
Posted: 5th October 2018All 8 NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) in Lancashire and South Cumbria have passed two new clinical policies which mean patients with diabetes will now have consistent access to insulin pumps and glucose monitoring devices.

Lancashire libraries to pioneer new NHS Online Orb app
Posted: 5th October 2018Visitors to Lancashire libraries have the chance to test out a new health app, which is designed to make access to health advice and care easier. The NHS Online Orb is being developed for NHS England and brings together medical information in one easy-to-use app, which can also help patients to manage their own medical conditions.
