Working in Partnership

We are working together on the Our Health Our Care programme and aim to think differently to overcome the challenges we face in delivering health and care services for our communities.

We will work together to overcome organisational boundaries with engagement from our service users, employees and other stakeholders as well as the vibrant voluntary, community and faith networks. Looking forwards towards a hopeful future, we will deliver the programme's strategic objectives.
